The NEMEN group (Nanoengineering of Materials Applied to Energy) at the UPC has extensive experience in hydrogen technologies, particularly in the design and testing of catalysts for the production, purification, and use of hydrogen in the production of synthetic fuels, as well as in the development of catalytic reactors, including structured reactors, microreactors, and membrane catalytic reactors (https://futur.upc.edu/NEMEN). The group has carried out a large number of fundamental research projects, as well as applied projects in collaboration with industry in the fields of hydrogen technology and synthetic fuels.
